"I was given a quote by Cherokee not too long ago. the price was about the same as my previous policy. but what sold me on it was the customer service. the availability and promptness of the agent. I texted my agent and received a not in the office text in response with no follow up. I emailed days later with no response. EVERY time I have contacted this office to talk to Cherokee I have gotten an answer or a very quick call back/follow up. quality coverage just as you would get at any big insurance company but no where can touch the service, knowledge, or promptness that Cherokee has given here. Truly impressive and shows that they value your time and business."
